Laura B.Diamond earned her BFA from Moore College of Art and Design, Philadelphia, Pa., and her NJ Art Education teaching certification from Montclair State University, Montclair, NJ.  She teaches private and group art lessons, hosts paint parties for all ages, paints commissioned canvases and murals, and writes and illustrates personalized books for special occasions. Laura is an active member of the international organization The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
